Metal Fragments is quite a common type of resource. Often used to craft clothing, ammunition, weapons, and to improve buildings.
How to get a metal fragment (Recipe)
For 1 metal fragment there must be 1 metal ore melted down in furnace or large furnace.
Empty cans of Beans and tuna can be melted down in the campfire and in the furnace, for making 15 and 10 metal fragments, respectively.
